Susan has an "intuitive" ability to feel what animals are experiencing. She receives immediate and clear impressions of both their physical* and emotional state. While addressing their behavior, she will make an intuitive assessment of your pet as to what is causing the specific problem.
This information will then be passed on to the animal's owner, along with suggestions to solve the problem. There are many instances in which people have seen remarkable changes after only one session. Susan's work with animals is an extension of the intuitive work she does with humans.

"I contacted Susan because our dog refused to eat its food in the kitchen. Since we live in a small house, this became very impractical. When Susan began the session, she immediately asked if we had a dishwasher. Puzzled, since we were in the living room and it was not on at the time, I said "yes." She explained to us that our dog was afraid of the noise from it and then she began to silently "communicate" with our dog. The dog immediately left the living room and went to the kitchen to eat her food. We have never had the problem again!"

Animal Readings By Phone:
"How does Susan "read" my animal by telephone? Doesn't she need to be with the animal for a reading?"
Regarding that question, "intuitive abilities" are not governed by what we see with our physical eyes. For example, have you ever had a gut feeling about a person or situation before you ever encountered either that turned out to be right? That is intuition.
Susan's intuitive abilities are extremely heightened, enabling her to gather far more information than just a gut feeling from both animals and people, regardless of whether or not she physically sees them. Please view the many testimonials on this web site. You will see that with both psychic and animal readings, many of these readings were by telephone.

***ADVANCE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: All readings must be paid prior to the date of your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given if you cancel the appointment. However, you may apply the payment to a future appointment should you need to re-schedule.
LOST ANIMALS: Susan does not find lost animals. We are very sorry to hear about your missing pet. Unfortunately attempting to locate a lost pet through "psychic means" is rarely successful as the animal keeps moving. Animals do not understand street signs or landmarks, therefore it is extremely difficult to locate them. Susan does recommend handing out flyers with your animal’s picture on it, along with contacting your local animal control officer and even your veterinarian, as someone may bring it there.We do wish you the best, and hope that you find your lost pet.
